General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all orders placed on the Pimp-it website via the address: www.pimp-it.store .

By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Who sells what?

The Site is operated by Pimp-it (hereinafter “we”).

We mainly sell:

• accessories (pins, charms, etc.),
• fangs/hooves and related products,
• and more generally all products presented on the Site.

The photos and staging are there to inspire you: they are not contractual, but we do everything to make them as close to reality as possible.

2. Price

• Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
• Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
• We may change our prices at any time, but the price applied remains the one displayed at the time of your order .

3. Order

1. You add your products to the cart.
2. You confirm your basket, enter your contact details and choose your delivery method.
3. You are proceeding with the secure payment.
4. You will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

• suspicion of fraud
• payment problem
• previous dispute with the client.

4. Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the Site (e.g., bank card, etc.).

Payments are processed by secure providers.
We never have access to your bank card numbers in plain text.

The order is considered final after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provided when placing your order.

• Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and prices are detailed on our “Delivery & Returns” page.
• The indicated delivery times are indicative (transport delays may occur).

In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, return of parcel, etc., new delivery charges may be requested for resending.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

6.1. Statutory right of withdrawal (non-personalized products)

For non-personalized products, you generally have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer law.

The products must be:

• unworn
• not used
• in their original state,
• ideally in their original packaging.

6.2. Customized / Made-to-Measure Products

For certain personalized products or products made according to your specific choices (e.g. special configurations, customized products, etc.), the right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with the law.
This will be indicated on the product page where applicable.

8. Legal Guarantees

You benefit from the applicable legal guarantees:

• legal guarantee of conformity ,
• guarantee against hidden defects .

In case of a defective or non-compliant product:

• contact us at contact@pimpitstore.com  with your order number,
• If the defect is confirmed, we will offer: replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation.

9. Personal Data

The data collected as part of your orders (name, address, email, etc.) is necessary for processing and delivery.

Regarding everything related to:

The content of the Pimp-it Site (texts, images, logos, visuals, etc.) is our property or that of our partners.

11. Responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for:

• the use of products in a manner inconsistent with their normal use,
• damages related to misuse or modification of the product,
• delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure (strike, carrier problem, extreme weather, general breakdown, etc.).

In any event, our liability remains limited to the amount of the order in question.

13. Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of our registered office, subject to the rules applicable to consumers.
